Tyler's rendition of the kithaus is underway in our backyard. He and both of our Dads have been working non-stop on it for the past several days. Here's a look at their progress....

That looks like it is gonna be sooo cool. Will it have AC/heat? or does that defeat the purpose somehow?
Now Teri,....you lived in Houston long enough to know that air-conditioning is not optional. Actually, Tyler is planning on getting some sort of freestanding cooling/heating unit for the space...sort of like a glorified window unit....I'm interested to see how well it cools!
