This summer I have been obsessed with this Thai Red Curry recipe from ReadyMade magazine. It was designed for campers, which makes it super easy to make, as it is made from packaged Ramen noodles.

I did not have success finding the red curry Ramen flavor at my local grocery, so I simply bought the Oriental flavor and added curry seasoning to it. I also like to add a little sriracha sauce for spice, and I recently started adding some pan grilled shrimp to it. I love it!
